Explorer Series T10 Travel Humidor, 10-Cigar Tactical Case (Matte Black)

ProTravelHumidors™ T10 – Heavy-Duty Tactical Cigar Case 10-Cigar (Matte Black)

Note: This product includes only the travel cigar case. Cigars, lighter, and cutter shown in images are for display purposes only and are not included.

Every time you open a travel humidor to check the gauge, you let a pocket of humid air out. This Tactical Cigar Case 10-Cigar puts the hygrometer on top, so you can read the humidity without opening anything.

Introducing the 10-cigar waterproof travel humidor from ProTravelHumidors – the T10 model. Built for travelers who need protection that holds up, the triple-layer case pairs a pressure-tested ABS shell with a built-in hygrometer, a detachable ashtray, and a dedicated lighter holder.

Model: T10 – a rugged, triple-layer tactical travel humidor designed for everyday carry and rough conditions.

Pro-Tip: Read the Gauge, Not the Lid
The dial sits on the top shell, so a glance is enough. If it drifts outside 65–72% RH, recharge the humidifier or swap in a fresh Boveda pack – no need to unseal the case just to check.

Why Choose This Tactical Cigar Case 10-Cigar for Your Travels?

• Built-In Mechanical Hygrometer: A top-mount dial lets you monitor humidity without opening the case – the fastest way to hold the 65–72% RH range.
• 10-Cigar Triple-Layer Design: Three layers hold up to 10 cigars of different sizes (up to 60-ring gauge), separated so they cannot rub in transit.
• Crushproof & Airtight: High-impact ABS shell with a silicone sealing ring – waterproof, dustproof, airtight, and rated for 75kg+ of static load, about the weight of an adult standing on the closed case.
• Integrated Stainless Steel Ashtray: Detachable and easy to clean – a feature most travel cases leave out.
• Lighter Holder & Foam-Lined Lid: A slot for a torch lighter plus high-density foam in the lid, so nothing shifts on the move.
• Reinforced Latches & Wrist Strap: Secure closure for flights, trails, and the back of a truck.

Engineered for the Toughest Travel Conditions.
This Tactical Cigar Case 10-Cigar is not just a storage box – it is a mobile fortress. Whether you are flying cross-country, hiking in the mountains, or heading to a golf weekend, the T10 keeps your cigars humidified and physically protected. The triple-layer design maximizes space while keeping each cigar separated, preventing damage from friction or pressure. The top-mount hygrometer gives you instant feedback, so you never need to break the seal just to check humidity. And when you are ready to smoke, the built-in ashtray and lighter holder put everything you need at your fingertips.

Compared with ordinary travel humidors, the Tactical Cigar Case 10-Cigar focuses on the two things that actually break cigars on the road: pressure and humidity drift. The detachable ashtray is stainless steel, rust-resistant, and easy to rinse. The lighter holder fits most standard torch lighters. The foam-lined lid adds another layer of shock absorption, so your cigars stay intact if the case is dropped.

We sell direct from ProTravelHumidors, so the price reflects the shell, the foam and the hardware – not layers of retail markup. That is how a case with a built-in hygrometer lands near the price of one without it.

How the Tactical Cigar Case 10-Cigar Stands Up to Real Travel Challenges

We tested the T10 against the hazards that actually happen: airplane cargo pressure, checked luggage stacking, and drops from table height. The result: no damage to the internal foam or the cigars inside. The silicone seal stayed airtight, and the hygrometer kept reading accurately. This is the level of reliability you can expect from ProTravelHumidors.

For travelers who demand uncompromising protection, the ProTravelHumidors T10 delivers industrial-strength durability in a tactical package. No unnecessary frills – just real protection where it counts. Whether you are a frequent flyer, a road trip regular, or simply want a reliable travel humidor for the daily commute, the Tactical Cigar Case 10-Cigar is the answer.

Care and maintenance

• Dry it after every trip. Empty the case, leave the lid open overnight so the foam and gasket dry. Put it away damp and the foam starts to smell.
• Clean the foam with water only. A damp cloth, no soap, no alcohol — both break down the foam and leave a residue that transfers to wrappers.
• Keep the gasket clean. Sand and dust are what make a seal leak. Wipe the rubber ring after a beach or golf trip.
• Charge the humidifier with distilled water or PG solution, not tap water; minerals clog it and can leave white marks on the foam.
• Use it for travel, not storage. A sealed case holds humidity for a trip; long-term ageing still belongs in a desktop humidor.
• Keep it out of a hot car. Above 72F and 72% RH, tobacco beetles can hatch — the case protects the cigars, not the temperature.
