Generally, all of our products come with a 1-year full warranty and 14-day worry-free money-back guarantee from the date of receiving your original order. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us using the methods below to let us know how we can assist you.
Please note this warranty and return policy applies to purchases made through our official website (protravelhumidors.com) or authorized direct stores. For purchases made through other authorized resellers, please contact them directly for after-sales support.
After we receive your return request, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address will be provided promptly. Please clearly write the RMA number on your parcel and ship it back before the RMA number expires. Once we receive and inspect the parcel, we will notify you and process your refund or send the replacement product accordingly.
Please kindly be advised that your return or exchange must meet the following criteria for us to process it:
- The product must be in its original condition with all accessories intact, including manuals, warranty cards, and original packaging. For travel humidors, ensure the humidification device is dry to prevent leakage during transit.
- A valid, unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained from our customer service after submitting your return request is required.

Important Notes
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality issues within 14 days of delivery.
- For returns requested after 14 days (but within warranty period), you will also be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We will not process refunds for items returned to an incorrect return address.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account used for the purchase.
- Before returning a product or claiming a refund, please contact our customer service first by emailing support@protravelhumidors.com. We aim to resolve your issues efficiently and do not accept returns or chargebacks without prior notification.
- Refund processing time: If you paid via PayPal, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to reflect in your PayPal account. If you paid with a credit/debit card, please allow 7–14 business days for your bank to update your statement.
