Explorer Series Flagship – Travel Humidor with Hygrometer (Matte Black)

Description

The tactical travel cigar case built for cigar lovers who refuse to risk a great smoke. The Explorer Series by ProTravelHumidors delivers military-grade protection in a slim, carry-on-ready profile — engineered for flights, golf trips, off-road adventures, and everyday carry.

Why the Explorer Series Tactical Travel Cigar Case Outperforms the Rest

Pro-Tip: Pack the case first, close it, and give it ten minutes before you zip it into your bag. That short pause lets the seal settle, so the humidity holds through a full day of flying.

Most travel cigar cases fail when it matters most — crushed in luggage, dried out by cabin air, or cracked by a rough landing. The Explorer Series was built to solve every one of those problems.

The hard-shell ABS body has been pressure-tested to withstand 75kg+ of static load, meaning your cigars survive even when buried under a fully packed suitcase in the cargo hold. The precision-fit foam interior cradles each cigar individually, preventing any movement or damage in transit.

Travel Humidor With Hygrometer — Monitor Without Breaking the Seal

One of the most frustrating problems with ordinary travel humidors is that opening them to check humidity disrupts the internal climate. The Explorer Series solves this with a built-in mechanical hygrometer visible from the outside — check your humidity at a glance, seal always intact.

When you’re ready to open, a gentle squeeze near the reinforced latches equalizes the internal air pressure, making access effortless even at altitude. The airtight rubber gasket does the rest, locking humidity in and keeping dust, sand, and moisture out.

With the included mini humidifier or a Boveda 69% pack, your cigars stay at optimal humidity for 14+ days. Results vary based on climate and frequency of opening.

Do I need to season this case before use?
No seasoning required. Charge the mini humidifier with distilled water or PG solution, place it inside, close the case for 24 hours, and it’s ready to use.
