The following issues are eligible for ProTravelHumidors Purchase Protection:
Your order doesn’t match the item description or photos.
For example, you receive a leather Heritage case instead of an ABS Explorer case, a different color or size than ordered, or missing Spanish cedar lining that was clearly shown in the listing.
Your travel humidor arrived damaged.
This includes cracked ABS shells, broken latches, torn leather exteriors, failed silicone seals, or pressure valves that do not work properly.
Your order didn’t arrive or was lost in transit after dispatch.
